SAP DriversCarriers

For carriers and recruiters

The drivers you can't find are already here.

SAP Drivers is where CDL drivers go after a DOT drug or alcohol violation: to find a SAP, to get through the return-to-duty process, and then to find the carriers that will hire them. Your carrier is on that list. Claim it, and say so in your own words.

Who they are, and why they call you.

A driver with a violation on the FMCSA Clearinghouse cannot drive until a Substance Abuse Professional has evaluated them and the return-to-duty test is negative. Most of them have years of experience. Most of them want the seat badly enough to call every carrier on a list.

That list is this site. Your carrier is on it because drivers reported being hired here before. Right now your profile says so in our words, with a badge that reads Driver-reported. A claim lets you say it in yours, and the badge reads Confirmed.

The question every one of them asks first: do you hire before the return-to-duty test and order it, or do you need it passed? Answer it once on your profile and stop answering it on the phone.

Claiming takes three minutes.

  1. 01

    Register

Your name, work email, phone, and which carrier. If the carrier is not listed, tell us and we add it.

  2. 02

    We check it

The link from the email we sent your carrier, or a work email at your carrier's own domain, settles it on the spot. Anything else, a person checks within a working day.

  3. 03

    Confirm your policy

Five questions, answered once. The badge turns Confirmed, your answers replace ours, and drivers see the date.

Post your openings where the drivers are.

A posted opening shows on your carrier's profile and on the openings board, with the facts a return-to-duty driver needs before they dial: where it runs, what it pays, home time, and where in the process you hire. Claim now and your carrier is first in line when posting opens.

Straight answers

What does claiming cost?
Nothing. A claim links your account to your carrier's listing so what drivers read is yours to keep right. There is no fee and no card.
Who are these drivers?
CDL holders with a DOT drug or alcohol violation on their Clearinghouse record who have completed, or are completing, the return-to-duty process with a Substance Abuse Professional. Many have years of experience and a clean record otherwise.
How do you know I speak for the carrier?
Three ways. The link in the email we sent your carrier proves it on its own. A work email at the carrier's own domain proves it on its own. Anything else waits for a person to check, usually within a working day.
What if my carrier is not listed?
Tell us on the register form. We add it, match it to its FMCSA record, and let you know.
What changes on the profile when I confirm?
The badge reads Confirmed with the date, the five questions drivers ask are answered in your words, and drivers stop calling to ask the questions your profile already answers.
When can I post openings?
That is what we are building next, and claiming now puts your carrier first in line. A posted opening shows on your profile and on the openings board.
